Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Payment methods

Credit card via secure website: You can use our secure online shopping cart to make your purchase and pay with your Visa or Mastercard.

Credit card via telephone: You are welcome to phone us with your order and provide your credit details for payment at the time of placing your order.

Direct deposit: The Detail Devils Pty Ltd is happy to accept payments made directly to our bank account via electronic funds transfer. To use this option please contact us and we will invoice you directly. Please note that our invoice will show our bank details. Please use your name or order number as a reference so we can match the payments at our end for faster delivery. Your order will only be despatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Cheques: We are happy to accept either business or personal cheques made out to The Detail Devils Pty Ltd. To use this option please contact us and we will invoice you directly. Please note that our invoice will show our payee details. Please include a copy of the invoice or a remittance advice with the cheque as a reference so we can match the payments at our end for faster delivery. Your order will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Delivery
Electronic products (e-products) are available for download immediately following confirmation of the successful processing of your payment.

Return and refund policy
The Detail Devils Pty Ltd does not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or you change of mind.  We take every care to properly represent the nature and function of all products and services offered for purchase.

Please note that The Detail Devils Pty Ltd does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Opened software*
  • Electronic Software Downloads*
  • Software updates (ie software upgrade subscription)

*You may cease installation of software by rejecting the licensing terms, provided the package is not installed on a computer.The Detail Devils Pty Ltd will accept returns of products according to following criteria:

  • A written request must be submitted to The Detail Devils Pty Ltd before a physical item is returned. Once the request has been approved, an approval letter will be emailed to you.
  • The Detail Devils Pty Ltd will not grant returns for printed material once a revised edition has been issued, or the material is no longer available for purchase.
  • Returned merchandise must be received in resalable condition for the credit to be applied.
  • Returns are for credit only and the credit will be held on file for a period of 6 months from the date the material arrives at The Detail Devils office. After the 6 month period, credit will be voided and not reissued.
