At a local business expo, as I do, I got talking to one of the representatives on the WorkCover stand. We were both lamenting the poor quality of the information coming from WorkCover from their website.
I posted a “tweet” on twitter with an outline of our conversation
Within 15 minutes I had a direct reply from WorkCover advising that the information they are working on updating their website. Do you think I would have got an answer if I had phoned them or sent an email – mm I don’t think so either!
